Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Oodesy's software and services ("Oodesy") by clinics and their authorised staff. A clinic's written agreement with Oodesy, including its Business Associate Agreement, takes precedence over these terms where they differ.
1. Accounts
A clinic is responsible for the people it gives access to Oodesy, for keeping their credentials secure, and for removing access when a person leaves. Each staff member must use their own account.
2. Acceptable use
Oodesy may be used only for the clinic's lawful operations. You may not attempt to access another clinic's data, interfere with the service, or use it to send unsolicited communications.
3. Clinical information
Clinical information entered into Oodesy belongs to the clinic and its clients. Oodesy processes it only as the clinic's Business Associate under the applicable agreement and the Privacy Policy.
4. Connected advertising platforms
A clinic administrator may connect the clinic's own Google Ads or Meta advertising account to Oodesy. By doing so the administrator confirms they are authorised to grant that access on the clinic's behalf. Use of those platforms remains subject to the platforms' own terms; Oodesy is not a party to the clinic's relationship with Google or Meta, and any advertising costs are billed by the platform directly to the clinic. Oodesy uses the granted access only as described in the Privacy Policy, and the clinic may disconnect at any time.
5. Availability and changes
Oodesy aims to keep the service available and will give reasonable notice of planned maintenance. Features may be added, changed, or withdrawn; material changes to these terms will be notified in the application and take effect on the date shown above.
6. Intellectual property
Oodesy and its software are owned by Oodesy and its licensors. Clinics retain all rights in their own data.
7. Liability
Each clinic's written agreement with Oodesy sets out the parties' liability to one another, including any limits, and governs over these terms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Termination
A clinic may stop using Oodesy at any time. Oodesy may suspend access for a material breach of these terms after notice. On termination, data is handled as the clinic's agreement and the Privacy Policy describe.
