How Oodesy protects information, and how to tell us about a security concern.

Report a security concern

If you believe you’ve found a security vulnerability, or you think an account or information has been accessed without permission, email support@oodesy.com with “Security report” in the subject line.

It helps to include:

• what you found and where you found it
• the steps to reproduce it
• how we can reach you

Please don’t access, change or delete information that isn’t yours, don’t disrupt the service, and give us a reasonable chance to fix an issue before you share it publicly.

How we protect information

Oodesy encrypts data in transit and at rest, limits access to the systems that need it, and logs and audits access to sensitive data. Our Privacy Policy describes how information is protected, kept and deleted, and what happens if there is a breach.
